Hot Water Extraction

Deep Cleaning while using the least amount of water on your carpet. High power extraction enables your carpet to dry faster and enables better condition for Carpet Protectors.

For full Carpet Restoration Service, we use a sophisticated method for deep cleaning and restoring the carpet.  Using multiple cleaning processes back-to-back, we'll totally rejuvenate the carpet and prevent the possibility of returning stains.  The carpet is vacuumed, preconditioned with a high quality cleaning and deodorizing agent, scrubbed thoroughly, rinsed, 2nd stage cleaning performed, dried and groomed.  We always include a Fabric protector such as ScotchGard™ or Soileze™ to protect the carpet from resoiling.  Most spots and stains do come out with no problem because of specialized cleaning techniques and products. 
This method of cleaning takes a bit longer but if you plan on keeping your carpets for another few years, or if you have young ones crawling around, it is well worth the extra investment.
