Sanding and sealing can take from 3 to 4 days and involves the use of Strong Toxic products and can leave a huge mess behind for the homeowner (DUST). Some contractors use sophisticated dust collection systems but this dramatically increases their fees.

We'll clean your current wood floor with our special non-toxic cleaners and specialized machine. Cleaning the floor properly is the most important step. Then we'll apply a new surface coating.

Our procedure gives your floors a deep, rich, protective glow! It is a premium product developed from advanced polymer technology and was specifically formulated for gloss and durability in high traffic areas such as schools, churches and hospitals. Our product line is not a wax and if maintained properly will never have to be removed. Our system protects and shines tile, vinyl, marble, linoleum, sealed wood floors and most other hard surface flooring.
Two or Three Coats are usually desired depending on degree of gloss desired by the homeowner. Usual drying time is 2 hrs between coats.
